What is the "referral programme"?

The referral programme is a way of rewarding customers and advisors who are happy with Questico and recommend us to other people.

If the customer enters the telephone number, e-mail address or user name of the person providing the recommendation when they register and makes a call via Questico, as the recommending party you will receive a bonus from us.

How do I recommend Questico to other people?

You can recommend Questico to other people in various ways:

• By word of mouth: simply tell your friends about Questico and pass on our phone number (0808 238 1707)
• By e-mail: just send your acquaintances a free call by e-mail
• By letter: advisors can also send customers a free call by letter

How much is the recommendation bonus?

You will receive £ 10.00 if the new user spends at least five minutes on a consultation call and has a paid call of at least £ 10.00.
As an advisor, you will receive the same.

How is the bonus paid?

The bonus will be released, when the customer enters the telephone number, e-mail address or user name of the person providing the recommendation upon registration and makes a call via Questico.
