How do I use 0808 - Questico?
- Dial 0808 - Questico (0808 238 1707) from any telephone.
- Give our user of staff your telephone number and two digits of your telephone PIN as identification.
- Then give a reference, an advisor's name or a subject you want advice on.
- We will inform you of the call costs and connect you to the chosen advisor.

Where do I find my telephone number and the telephone PIN?
You will find your telephone number in ''Telephone number, e-mail, password, home page'' under the menu item ''My Questico''. When you register the telephone PIN will be sent to you automatically. You can request a new telephone PIN from 0808 238 1708 (Mon - Sun from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

No. They cost exactly the same as those through www.questico.co.uk. With 0808 - Questico you also don't pay anything until the connection with the advisor is set up.

How do I get my Questico password?
Your password is on the left next to the description of each of your profiles. All Questico offers have the same password and in the case of a call, the most successful profile will be used automatically.

Call notification
Questico alerts you automatically if a customer calls while you are online. When logged on, just click on "Call alert" on the home page in the right column in the centre.
A popup window appears which shows the status of the call alert mode. As soon as a customer calls, while you are on the Questico or any other website (you must remain logged on at Questico, however) a window pops up with the user name of the customer and then the relevant page of the customer database
In this way you can keep track of who has called and how the consultations have gone so far. This can improve the quality of advice considerably.

What is the advisor hotline?
Using the advisor hotline number 0808 238 1704 you can control the most important elements of your work at Questico without using the Internet.
Which functions can I control with the number?
You can currently control the following functions:
- availability: by pressing "1" you can switch this on and off
- free calls and 0906 calls: by pressing "2" you can switch your free calls and 0906 calls on and off.
- earnings: by pressing "3" you can hear your earnings to date for the current month
- price: by pressing "4" you can change your price per minute
What do I need in order to use the advisor hotline?
You must have a profile at Questico. To use the number, you must have your telephone PIN and the number you have saved at Questico to hand.
