Having initially picked up Tarot cards during her first pregnancy in 1993, Amanda Goldston’s psychic and intuitive abilities later developed in the unlikely environment of double glazing and conservatory sales.
"I came to know instinctively before a call whether the people were going to buy double glazing from me or not, and if they didn't what the real reason was," says Amanda. "I learned about body language and non-verbal communication and found my intuition grew considerably."
After leaving her sales rep job in 2002, Amanda wanted to do something that would help people to realize their potential in life. "I believe we are all meant to live in abundance, in every area of our lives," she explains. "I also believe we can all achieve far more by working in cooperation with each other."
Initially drawn to coaching, Amanda found she could help people get to the root core of a problem much faster by using her Tarot cards. "I believe very little, if anything, is fixed and that by exploring the likely outcome of following caller’s current path, they are empowered to make new and better decisions," says Amanda. "It is a joint process between me and my client to help them make the best choices to move forward in their lives."
"A large part of this work is getting clients to recognize how much they can do for themselves," she says. "Once they learn to trust their own intuition, the sky’s the limit."

Tarot cards were printed by Rider & Co in London at the turn of the year 1909-1910, produced
under the direction of Arthur Edward Waite and newly interpreted by the painter Pamela Colman
Smith. In this deck, for the first time in the history of tarot, all cards of the minor arcana are
illustrated significantly, so that since then it has been possible to interpret all of the 78
cards. The model for these seems to have been the Sola Busca cards of the 15th century. With the
exception of countries where the Romance languages are spoken, which still use the Marseille tarot,
the Rider Tarot is by far the most widely-used deck worldwide today.

In the case of oracle and angel cards, a single card is drawn, instead of laying a spread as with
most cards. The angel card can then accompany you for your whole life; the oracle card is usually
drawn to forecast the outcome of a particular event.
